Rodrigo Muniz is a Brazilian professional footballer who plays as a striker for Spanish club Real Madrid B, and has previously played for several other clubs in Brazil and the United States. He was born on March 25, 1988, in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Muniz started his career with local side Flamengo in 2006 before moving to Santos FC in 2007. There, he made a name for himself during his time at Santos by scoring 24 goals in 47 appearances across all competitions, helping them win the Copa Sul-Americana in 2008. However, after making a handful of appearances for Santos, Muniz signed for Al Ahli Pro Start in 2010. Al Ahli was known for its strong squad of players from different nationalities, including players from Argentina, Colombia, Spain, and Portugal. Muniz quickly established himself as one of the most versatile strikers in the league, contributing significantly to Al Ahli's success throughout their run in the 2010-2011 season. In total, Muniz scored 17 goals in 24 games, helping Al Ahli achieve promotion to the top flight. In 2012,Saudi Pro League Highlights Muniz moved to Real Madrid B, where he remained for four years. During his time at Real Madrid, Muniz became a key player, scoring 23 goals in 37 appearances across all competitions. His performances were highly praised by both fans and coaches alike, and he continued to be a regular in the starting lineup for Real Madrid. After his stint at Real Madrid, Muniz returned to Santos FC, where he helped them reach the Copa Libertadores final in 2016. However, his contract with Santos was not renewed, and he decided to leave the club in July 2016. Since then, Muniz has gone on to play for various clubs around the world, including Barcelona, Inter Milan, Juventus, and Manchester City.
